The Role of Systems Psychodynamics in this Retreat
Understanding leadership is more than just mastering skills—it requires deep introspection into the unconscious forces that shape our decisions, behaviors, and group interactions. Systems Psychodynamics, an interdisciplinary approach blending psychoanalysis, group dynamics, and organizational theory, provides the tools to uncover these hidden influences. By engaging in this approach during the sessions, you will gain awareness of the unconscious processes that impact leadership, power dynamics, and decision-making in sustainability work.
For women in sustainability, Systems Psychodynamics offers a unique lens to explore how emotions, biases, and group interactions affect their leadership trajectory. It allows participants to break free from limiting patterns, navigate complex group structures, and foster meaningful connections with peers. Through self-reflective exercises, group dialogues, and experiential learning, this approach helps women leaders lead with clarity, confidence, and adaptability.
